Job Details
Sole legal position reporting into the General Manager with a broad range of responsibilities including: participating in the selection and management of outside legal advisers, formation of new corporate vehicles and legal entities and the development of joint venture agreements. The drafting and negotiating a broad rang of sales and procurement agreements with an extensive mix of international clients will also be a core component of the role. Additionally, the role will also require you to work with other lawyers within EMEA on key group policy areas such as competition role.
