Disputes Paralegal - some flexible working offered
A leading UK mobile services company based in Berkshire is seeking a Disputes Paralegal to join their in-house team. Their offices are based in a great location that offers free parking and is within walking distance of the train station. The company offer flexible working and would expect you to be based in the office ideally 3 days a week.
Reporting to the Senior Disputes Counsel and as part of the Property Disputes team, this person will primarily provide legal support to the wider business, in particularly the Estates, Operations and Acquisition teams, on property disputes and other litigious matters. Responsibilities include;
*drafting disputes related letters, emails and attending disputes related conference calls and meetings
*investigating and collating information in relation to disputes and organising responses
*lease and agreement review and interpretation in order to advise on issues such as rent review, tenant rights, tenant and landlord breaches, etc
*being the first point of contact for specific types of legal disputes (i.e. access issues, arrears and H&S issues); from specific parts of the business
You will have a minimum of a law degree and at least 1 years' experience dealing with dispute resolution and litigation matters. Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are a must for this position.
