This leading City and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate Real Estate practice in London.  The firm's award winning international real estate practice has a reputation for executing the largest and most complex of deals, and is widely recognised as a market leader, experienced in all aspects of big-ticket property work, and respected for their ability to complete structured transactions featuring a blend of corporate, finance and land issues.  Working within their dedicated CRE team, the role will entail a broad range of major corporate transactional work (specifically involving real estate assets) and including joint ventures (investment and development), structured investments, acquisitions, disposals and solvent / insolvent group reorganisations.  You'll be used to providing first rate legal advice on large-scale corporate transactions (experience within real estate, while beneficial, is not essential); a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and an excellent academic track record will also be needed.  Don't miss this stand-out London career opportunity - for more details, please apply now!
