The litigation practice of this prestigious offshore firm specializes in complex and high profile international commercial disputes, covering insolvency and restructuring, international arbitration and ADR, contentious banking and financial services disputes, asset tracing, distressed funds disputes as well as some trust litigation.
Due to the continued growth of the department, the team is now looking to add an ambitious associate with strong academics and a background working in top tier city firms. The successful candidate will have had exposure to complex/international disputes and ideally some insolvency experience.
