Funds/Asset Management Lawyer for Global Asset Manager, City

Our client, an established, global asset manager with offices across Europe, the Americas and Asia is looking for a funds lawyer to join their well-regarded legal team. The successful candidate will sit in the heart of the legal function, occupying a varied and dynamic role which centres around their fund offering domiciled across several jurisdictions.

The role encompasses the following:

• product launches, maintenance, and on-going supervision of the UK, Luxembourg and Irish fund range (both UCITS and AIFs);
• the negotiation and drafting of fund-related documentation (e.g. IMA’s and distribution agreements);
• assistance on regulatory and governance projects as and when required.

You must:

• Be a UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyer from a top-tier law firm or already be in-house in an asset manager;
• Have two years of solid investment management experience;
• Be a natural team player but with the maturity to work autonomously when required.
