Working with clients at the highest levels of wealth in the City of London, this firm may be small in size but are a dominant force in the luxury asset market. Together with an outstanding dispute resolution department which handles international litigation, arbitration and mediation, they have created something unique.
They are ranked highly in Chambers and have a unique offering in the market where they house not only Lawyers with exceptional technical prowess, but those who also have a commercial outlook. By way of example, the firm has regularly advised clients on the construction of ground breaking super yachts, on sales, purchase and finance of private jets and they handle some of the highest value property transactions in the City of London.
The firm's network includes National and International clients, they have a highly sought after and desirable client base. They often attend and host networking events with HNW and UHNW individuals allowing for some very interesting relationships to be built.
The Role
This boutique firm are looking for a Residential Property Partner to join them at their office in the West End of London.
The firm's client base spans UHNW clients, and so the firm are looking for high end residential property lawyers who also share this approach, who would like to surround themselves with like-minded lawyers at the top of their field.
Recent real estate transactions the firm have been involved with include a purchase of over £11 million (Prime central London real estate) and a similarly high valued country estate in Surrey.
