£60,000 ++ DOE
Our client is a leading specialist Court of Protection firm based in Kent comprising a tight knit and highly regarded team of experienced, dedicated lawyers assisting clients throughout Kent, London and the UK.
The firm are now looking to expand their highly regarded and rated team with this senior hire. The team work on a full range of matters protecting and managing the affairs of those with mental incapacity. This could be due to a brain injury; illness; clinical negligence or age-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking for their next challenge.
The ideal candidate will be commercially focused whilst having the passion to work with people who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves. Although our client's office is based in Kent there is potential for the candidate to wfh/remotely for the majority of the working week, so applications from outside of Kent would also be welcome.
