Fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer, who has a broad range of energy sector experience to join a smaller City team to play a key role advising on a variety of commercial energy matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory issues and dealing with the energy aspects of corporate transactions.
There is also the opportunity to work with the firm’s wider commercial team on a broader range of matters, in particular where there is a cross-over between the energy and tech sectors.
The firm is very supportive of agile working and the person who takes this role will have the opportunity to work in the office for 2 -3 days a week, while spending the rest of the week working remotely. A very successful team which punches above its weight but within a friendly, collaborative working environment.
