Senior Corportate Solicitor

A large well known law firm with market leading practices across the region are looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their office in the in the heart of Sheffield city center. This is a forward-thinking organisation with a particular focus on technology, finance & financial services and real estate sectors.

Clients include various SME's, Plc's and International Business's with a particular emphasis on the real estate and financial services sector.

The Team
The Corporate Group acts for a wide range of clients in all industry sectors ranging from multinational companies and government enterprises to entrepreneurs and SME's.

Due to continued Firm growth they are looking for a senior associate to bolster their offering in Sheffield.

Responsibilities
Working closely with the partners and involving high levels of direct client contact, the work will include:

M&A work for UK and European clients
Establishment of UK operations for overseas clients
Drafting, especially of sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements
Group structuring and restructuring
Joint ventures
General corporate work.
Key Skills & Experience
Experienced qualified lawyer.
Corporate M&A experience.
Relevant 'hands-on' work experience
Proven project and time management skills
A confident and professional manner
Established reputation in the South and West Yorkshire markets
