Due to substantial growth within the Banking group as a whole, you will be part of some of the largest and complex syndicated deals. You will be given all the opportunity to progress within this leading team, working alongside Leading 500 ranked and Chambers ranked individuals.

With one of the largest In-house lawyer teams, you will be exposed to both Domestic and International Secondments.

This firm has attracted key hires and individuals from across the country and this has been largely down to the genuine opportunity to progress. Further to this, unlike most large practices, they have comparatively smaller targets resulting in a firm with a high retention rate.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Asset Based Lending Lawyer to join the firm's Leeds office and be part of a wider award-winning banking group.

The firm has a first-class client base which includes challenger banks, US and European financial institutions, UK clearing banking, funds and interdependent ABL's.

You will be experienced in ABL, as well as have a knowledge of documenting and negotiating a range of facilities, preferably for both lenders and borrowers and generally working on financing transactions.

The position will involve working on deals that range from large syndicated deals down to bilateral deals for small independent finance houses.

You will have every opportunity to undertake secondments with the firm's vast clients.

The Requirements

  • You will be an Asset Based Lending or Banking & Finance with at least 4 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE)
  • You will be currently working within a national or International practice.
  • Worked in a respectable banking group.
  • Actively engage in networking and development opportunities
