Job Details
Our client, a prestigious UK law firm with a strong presence in Asia, seeks an ambitious insolvency & restructuring lawyer to play a key role in leading its transactions. The successful candidate is likely to be working for an international law firm and will have 4+ years PQE of strong non-contentious insolvency and restructuring related experience. You will advise mainly Asian based creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of corporate and financial restructuring and insolvency matters. Chinese language skills are not required. This is a rare opportunity for a mid to senior level restructuring lawyer to step up to a role where you will be given considerable responsibility, whilst still having strong support and mentoring.
