THE ROLE
A Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor is sought to join an established team with a view to handling advisory, transactional non-contentious work and contentious work.
You will advising stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-4pqe you will have experience of running transactional work as a fee earner.
Joining as an additional resource for a busy restructuring team, you will be looking to develop your legal abilities with a veiw to playing an active role in building the practice and dealing with top quality work.
