We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a recognized and boutique firm in Sheffield. The firm have been through a recent exciting period of growth and have an impressive client base spanning across the whole of the UK. They are seeking individuals who really want to create their own business within their business and as such will pay accordingly for that.

This Commercial Property Solicitor would be working closely with the Partner in the department who is recognized and has a wealth of experience. The work will involve dealing with a broad SME client base as well as well as some PLCs on business leases, sales and purchases and financial lending. There might also be a small element of high value residential work as part of the caseload, especially when dealing with the developers clients.

This is a brilliant role for a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally 3 to 5 PQE to join a supportive, personable team and to work in a relaxed working environment. The firm are also happy to consider candidates who are managing a mixed Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property caseload but would like to move into a solely Commercial Property role.
