Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and has a thriving commercial property department. It is keen to appoint two further assistant solicitors to the team.
The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background (2.1 or above).
You will be given support and ongoing training from more senior members of the team some of whom are recognised experts in this field.

The team acts on a wide scope of commercial real estate matters including freehold & leasehold acquisitions & disposals, financing and refinancing acting for Landlords granting leases, development as well as acting for Tenants taking leases and & leasehold management work (e.g. Licences to Assign, Deeds of Variation).
Drafting is a key part of the role, such as sale contracts, transfers, overage and options, licences, notices and agreements for leases and complex completion statements.
There is a solid flow of work and you will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives.
