There is a strong flow of instructions so a following is not required but the successful candidate will have a natural flair for business development.

The existing team consistently ranks highly by the independent directories and is Law Society accredited for Family Law Advanced.  You will be joining a team of Accredited Resolution specialists in complex financial remedies and cohabitation.

The team advises privately paying national and international clients on the full spectrum of family matters including:

advising on the whole spectrum of family law matters including:

• Divorce and financial remedy
• Cohabitation disputes
• Private Children disputes (contact, residence, leave to remove)
• Civil partnerships and their dissolution
• Pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements
• Non molestation and occupation orders
• Cross border divorces
• Financial separations involving international assets
• International relocation of children

The successful candidate will have a solid career to date and be keen to take an active role in business development initiatives, raising the profile of the family offering and generating new referrals.
