A high performing Top 10 accounting practice is growing their Reading/Thames Valley team with the introduction of a Corporate Tax Director.

The opportunity comes as a result of growth forecasts for the coming FY ('21) and future development of the presence of the firm in the local region.

Focus for the successful individual will be working with mid-market to large corporate clients in respect of broad business tax issues, comprising:

  • M&A
  • Mergers / Demergers
  • EIS
  • Structuring / Restructuring
  • Due diligence

    • Career progression is a point of emphasis for the office partner and local Head of Tax, so the successful individual will have a demonstrable ambition to develop the team and presence of the firm in the market. This will include development of the junior resource and revenues for the practice.

    Ideally you'll have the relevant qualifications, although this isn't a prerequisite.
