NQ+ Corporate Solicitor

We are working in unusual circumstances and we appreciate that this is an unsettling time for all employees and employers, we have always believed in absolute transparency and as such we want to be clear about the status of vacancies. We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Associate with NQ-5 years PQE, to join a thriving Corporate team based in Chelmsford.

The ideal candidate will have a corporate or corporate/ commercial background gained within a highly regarded city, regional or national firm and will be interested in working for public sector clients. You will be exposed to a wide ranging client base and a varied caseload of high quality work, with work spanning large multi-disciplinary projects, corporate governance, commercial contracts and procurement.

Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills are essential as is the ability to deliver a strongly client-focused service, giving clear, timely practical legal advice.

The successful candidate should also demonstrate an enthusiasm for and/or experience in business development as you would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development.
