The department acts for an impressive client base across all industry sectors from manufacturing and supply and distribution to online retail, charities, large corporates, SMEs, Partnerships and franchises.

You will undertake a diverse caseload of both corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives, attending networking events and raising the profile of the commercial offering more generally.

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background.
