In-House Leveraged/Debt Finance Lawyer – TMT 

The Client

Our client, a Global TMT provider, seeks a Leveraged/Debt Finance Lawyer (approx. 4-8PQE) to join on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting into the Associate General Counsel, the successful candidate will assist both Group and Local Legal teams with finance transactions primarily, alongside wider day-to-day legal matters. You will advise the Legal Team and business stakeholders and finance-related matters, assisting in negotiating, reviewing and drafting numerous finance transactional documents, and provide practice, rapid and business-oriented commercial legal advice.

This is a fast-paced role which requires someone who is ambitious and not afraid of jumping in at the deep end, being rewarded by fast progression and afforded great levels of responsibility from the start.

About You

You should:

• Have top-tier law firm training;
• Have at least 3 years’ leveraged/debt finance experience;
• Be a UK qualified lawyer; and  
• Have experience working in multiple jurisdictions, primarily Africa but including LATAM and Middle East (preferred, not essential).
