Job Details
The firm's real estate practice is one of the UK's largest real estate practices. With almost 300 lawyers working across 15 specialist areas, they offer a full service across the whole of the UK real estate sector, acting for public and private companies, institutions and the public sector alike.
This role is working within the asset management team, working primarily for property investors, assisting them with the management of their assets across all sectors, including industrial and logistics, office and retail. They work closely with their development and investment team, their property litigation team, and their construction and planning teams in order to deliver a complete real estate service to their investor clients.
In this role you will work as part of a busy team, supporting and working closely with a partner or other senior team members. You will be managing your own files and will have direct contact with clients and agents to provide asset management services to investors. Your work will involve a whole range of leasehold transactions including granting new leases, renewals, surrenders, re-gears, dealing with landlord's and/tenant's works, licences and wayleaves. You will also liaise with our other real estate teams to help co-ordinate a broad service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have 0-3 PQE in handling landlord and tenant work, the team will consider an NQ who has had good transactional real estate experience as a trainee.
