About Us

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in central London. The company focusses on manufacturing and licensing branded and non-branded pharmaceutical products and distributing these around the globe.

The Opportunity

A new opportunity now exists to join the global legal team based in beautiful offices in central London. In this role, you will lead on a wide range of commercial contracts for the global business as well as advising on a wide range of day to day business matters relating to data privacy, IP, industry regulations, finance and competition.

You will support and work closely with the Tax and Company Secretarial teams, managing the legal aspects of intra-group restructuring projects. You will have direct access to the senior management team and be close to the decision makers of the business.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial/IP who is looking to move in-house and take on a highly varied, business focussed position. The role would also suit an individual with life sciences experience who is looking to join a new business and have direct exposure to the decision making of the business.

The successful candidate will be expected to be proactive at problem-solving, be able to work with a business at all levels and be able to managing a large number of matters ranging from complex transactions to essential day to day advice.
