This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Inhouse Property Lawyer to move inhouse with a national Real Estate Group.

Whilst this will be a standalone Legal role; you will be acting as part of a wider, efficient inhouse Business Support team across Legal, Finance & Admin. This is your chance to come in at a senior level, to work alongside the Directors and put your own stamp on the role, meanwhile having support from a specialist external firm.

They business been established for over 20 Years and are highly regarded providing services across Residential & Commercial Property nationwide. They have seen considerable growth over recent years and have ambitious plans to expand further; the Group currently manage a significant portfolio of properties in excess of £100 Million.

Their offering is diverse, servicing clients across the UK; they have experienced considerable success since inception, with an impressive track record in adapting to the times and winning new business.

You will be at the very forefront of the Legal offering working in synergy with the Managing Director; for this reason, there is full autonomy and the opportunity for you to put your stamp on the role

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to move inhouse to a leading National Property Group in Kent

The role will be varied; there is an existing portfolio of work allowing the right person to come in and hit the ground running.


The business are very busy so this will be a fast-paced role working directly with clients, meanwhile providing support to other internal areas of the company.


The nature of work will be varied across the UK from small local businesses to large national firms; the range of which should make for an interesting role. The company are seeking an experienced Solicitor to work across a range of Property matters including;

  • Commercial Leases
  • Lease Extensions
  • Landlord and tenant
  • Rent Reviews
  • Acquisition and disposal of Properties


This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be at the very core of the business; the firm will offer a competitive salary and flexibility within the role.


Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Real Estate Lawyer or Partner with at least 4 PQE +
  • There is no upper limit in PQE
  • You should have first-class communication, reporting to the Managing Director
