Our client is a premier offshore law firm with extensive presence in Asia. In response to increased deal flow they seek an England & Wales / Commonwealth qualified lawyer with circa 4-6yrs experience in general corporate, M&A and/or funds related work for their growing Singapore office.
To be considered applicants will have excellent academics and experience developed with a leading international law firm. Technically strong with solid interpersonal skills and willingness to take part in business development activities and initiatives, those candidates already working in Singapore and/or with regional experience preferred.
Superb opportunity for an aspiring transactional lawyer to build a long-term career advising on diverse spectrum of British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law related issues, with a global law firm that offers genuine progression within what is a modern, progressive working environment.
