Job Details
The Hong Kong office of this top flight international law firms seeks ambitious US qualified capital markets attorney for its busy Asian practice.
Currently based in Hong Kong (or with a right to work) and possessing between 2-4yrs US capital markets / securities experience gained with a major firm (specifically US placement / listing aspects of Hong Kong Listings and IPOs experience, including prospectus / disclosure drafting) applicants will be comfortable handling a variety of work, supporting both issuers and underwriters on major transactions.
Acacemically strong and a bilingual English / Mandarin speaker, you will be a self-starter, dependable and capable of working with lawyers from different cultural backgrounds.
