An assistant company secretary, NQ or experienced paralegal is now sought to provide support to the Legal Team.
ABOUT YOU
To secure this role your experience must include having handled governance and compliance of companies and funds, including investor onboarding, KYC/AML, drafting simple contracts based on precedents, reviewing NDAs and coordinating legal and transactional processes.
