The role
This role is designed for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing team and ranked department based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
In this role you will be working in a team of 5+ fee-earnings varying in experience and focusses. This team deals with the following work:
- Corporate M&A
- Shareholder agreements
- GDPR & IP
- Sales and purchases of businesses
- Commercial agreements
You will be managing a mixed caseload which can be tailored to your interests within the corporate space. You will be working closely alongside the Head of Department allowing you to develop technically coupled with giving you access to a very high-quality level of work. This firm deals with a diverse range of companies ranging in scale and net worth.
