The Role

The firm is looking to hire an Rural Property Solicitor into their prestigious City of London team.

In this role, you will work with the UK's top institutional landowners and private estates.

The type of work can be complex, but the team have the expertise to provide a modern landowner with everything they could need. The work can range dramatically, from complex agricultural tenancy surrenders to major estate sales and purchases, to wind and solar options and urban extensions.

The successful Agricultural Property Associate will work with other associates, as well as the firm's industry-leading Partners across the department focusing on rural estates - involving agriculture, commercial and residential work.

The role requires someone confident in their approach as the work will be high profile and complex.

The targets are achievable - the salaries are competitive and are negotiable dependent on experience.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career as a Rural Property Solicitor in the City of London.

Requirements:

  • Will need to have 1-5 years PQE and a strong background as a Solicitor in Rural / Agricultural Real Estate
  • Efficient communication and ability to manage a complex workload and handle multiple matters at any one time.
  • Should be able to demonstrate high intellect with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
