Residential Conveyancer

We are working in unusual circumstances and we appreciate that this is an unsettling time for all employees and employers, we have always believed in absolute transparency and as such we want to be clear about the status of vacancies. Some of the roles we have been working on have only very recently been placed on hold, whereas some are still live and the client has confirmed that we are to continue with our search. This role is LIVE as recently confirmed by our client, interviews will be conducted via video calls.

Our client, a very highly regarded firm based in Suffolk, is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive or CILEX with at least 1-2 years PQE to handle a mixture of high value residential property matters. Previous experience in residential development work would be advantageous but is not essential.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic team player who can hit the ground running. You would also be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
