Are you looking for a lateral Partner move to a well-established, forward-thinking, friendly North London firm where many of the solicitors are city trained?
This firm is looking for a Company Commercial Partner to develop the department and drive the business forward.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor 5 years+ PQE to join this market-leading firm in North London.

The Role
They are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Partner into their growing team in North London.
You will be responsible for driving the business forward, developing the department whilst looking to offer strategic advice whilst achieving their exciting growth targets. You will have top-level support from the firm's Partners.
They offer flexible working to accommodate their staffs needs.
You will work closely with the firms strong, Corporate commercial department. You will deal with a mix of UK and international clients providing expert advice on shareholder agreements, company formations, share and asset buy backs, company sales and purchases, articles of association and commercial contracts among other areas.

Renumeration
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and background and competitive.
