Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join top ranking firm

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate commercial solicitor to join this thriving full service practice.

The role is very much client facing and you will be acting for a broad range of clients including entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, mid-tier corporates and overseas business with a UK presence.

You will provide business advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from commercial contracts through to transactional corporate matters, such as joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and constitutional and shareholder issues.

Working within a friendly and cohesive team, you will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload as well as assisting senior team members on more complex matters. 

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives, attending networking events and raising the profile of the corporate offering more generally.

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background.
