This firm are one of the most ambitious practices throughout the whole of the South East. Having recently acquired specialist and niche practices to join their growing team, their plans for further expansion do not stop there.

Due to an influx of work, they are now looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join their growing practice based in Hove, Sussex.

They have a refreshing and client centric approach and as a result, most of the work this practice services is of a referral / repeat business nature. They have a strong, loyal and varied client base which spans the UK giving their lawyers exposure to different levels of working meaning no day is ever the same when working for this practice.

The role

This highly reputable, forward thinking regional practice based in Brighton are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

The firm deal with a broad range of commercial property matters. They are looking to expand their commercial property department in Brighton. They use the latest Software Your work will include acting for clients in the sale and purchase of businesses and in the grant and assignment of commercial premises, including agreements for lease and lease renewals. You will also work on freehold acquisitions and disposals as well as deeds of easements.

You will be working in a team of lawyers who are well known for their real estate knowledge. Many have worked at top city / leading regional practices giving any lawyer not only fantastic caseload exposure coupled with access to some of the region's most knowledgeable property fee-earners.

Requirements

  • You will be 2-5 years PQE and you will have fee-earning experience in commercial property
  • You will have an eye for detail, and be motivated by progression
  • You will work well within a wider team, but equally thrive when running your own files
