Corporate Senior Associate

This leading Irish practice has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a great culture and lifestyle balance for its Lawyers. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join their team.

This role supports superb Partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly corporate structuring and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and mergers and acquisitions as well as financial services advisory.

It is important that candidates are intelligent, ambitious, "go to Lawyers" with experience of working successfully with an entrepreneurial client base, taking ownership of matters and deals (under supervision of course but able to drive the work forward).

The candidates need a proactive, "can do" attitude and have the ability to work on a number of matters simultaneously, for a range of different partners and clients. Due to the firms partner heavy structure the junior lawyers will work directly with the partners so they have a great opportunity to take responsibility and learn quickly whilst gaining a wide range of experience.
