The ideal individual will have trained with an established regional, city or national firm and have gained a minimum of three years experience in real estate transactions. You will need solid landlord / tenant experience as this role is acting exclusively for tenant retailers on their portfolio management (new lease, lease renewals, licences).

You can expect to contribute to business development initiatives on a regular basis. This role will suit someone looking for extensive client contact and the opportunity to develop their real estate knowledge with a view to specialising into the retail sector longer term.
