The Firm:

A leading offshore practice is recruiting into their corporate practice - currently one of the largest in the Channel Islands. The Role:

• Acting for a diverse range of international and local organisations (and representing more LSE-listed clients than most other offshore firms), including global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth individuals.
• Creating new structures for commercial growth, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, and completing exchange-based listings
• Advising on a range of global investment issues as well as on fund establishment, investment structuring, asset acquisitions, and disposals and regulatory issues
• Working closely with clients, advising on a range of corporate matters
