Real Estate Partner required for leading national firm's Manchester office.

Ideally you'll be a Real Estate Partner or a senior associate looking to take the step up to Partnership with expertise in commercial real estate to be considered for this role.

This national firm has an excellent profile, particularly in the regions and is known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking and commercial approach.

They are seeking to grow their real estate offering in Manchester, ideally by appointing someone at Partnership level to lead on specific client projects across development, asset management and broad real estate transactions. To this end, profile and knowledge of commercial real estate is key for this role and no immediate following is required.

You'll be at or near Partnership level. You'll have a track record of working across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and an interest in driving forward an already burgeoning practice which operates nationally. You'll be adept at managing and supervising talented lawyers and have an interest in nurturing talent.

Given the profile of the real estate team across the regions there will be excellent support and a plethora of clients in this sector to tap into and develop further business, whilst helping to manage, mentor and supervise a leading team.
