A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established legal practice in Sheffield. The firm is a prominent player in the South Yorkshire Residential Conveyancing market and as such is looking for a qualified Conveyancing professional that can handle a caseload made up mainly of sales and purchases files. In turn the firm has a good volume of medium to high end quality work that bring in solid fees and offers each fee earning member of staff their own secretarial support. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid sales and purchases background that is looking to join a firm that handles cases that bring in a good fee level, invests in secretarial support to allow their fee earners to get on with the technical detail of work and has longer term aims to move into a Director or Partner level positon.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Proven experience in handling Residential Conveyancing caseloads made up mainly of sales and purchases files.
- Able to give direction to more junior member of staffs
- Ideally, experience in handling a steady volume of files..
