THE ROLE
Within the Healthcare team which is a vibrant specialist department.
The team provides advice on all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law and mental health.
The healthcare sector is fast moving and the challenge of working for the firm's clients provides very interesting work.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be a 4pqe+ solicitor (or equivalent) who can manage complex and high value defendant clinical negligence claims, develop junior lawyers, contribute to and lead client facing initiatives.
You will be able to conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim and liaise with various parties such as claimants and their solicitors, clients, counsel and experts.
With a genuine interest in the healthcare sector you will have knowledge of clinical negligence along with excellent technical ability and good knowledge of CPR.
