The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new senior Family Senior Associate / Partner into their Oxford office.

You will work at the forefront of this successful department, working with the other Partners to drive this forwards. You will have autonomy to shape your team, you will mentor and oversee more junior Lawyers.

You will work as part of a highly regarded L500 ranked department, focussing solely on privately funded work. The family department often acts for HNW individuals. The work will be varied, making for an interesting caseload.

This will include ancillary relief, divorce, LGBTQ matters, pre-nuptial agreements and some private children matters.

Requirements

  • You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You should have a strong technical knowledge
  • This role comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partnership.
  • You should be an ambitious candidate keen to want to progress.
  • Excellent client care skills are essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
