One of the top rated finances practices in Singapore is seeking a general finance lawyer for their large and busy team.
You will perhaps be admitted in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand, but with experience from an international firm and good cross-border transactional exposure. A general lending background, as well as experience across two or more of structured finance, acquisition finance, projects, and restructuring, would be beneficial. Though candidates already based in Singapore are at an advantage, due to the current obstacles regarding relocation, excellent candidates from overseas with a strong wish to move to Singapore may be considered.
