Are you a Partner looking to move away from an antiquated firm and practice? This Top 100 firm who can offer an exceptional quality level of work are looking to recruit a Real Estate Partner based in Sussex.
This firm have a track record of recruiting city partners to join their team, many of who have a large portfolio of international clients.
The Firm
They have experienced huge growth in recent years, with the hire of some of the industries most talented and well-respected Lawyers. They have a heritage spanning over 200 years, built on solid foundations, however, what they have achieved in the last ten years is extremely impressive and unheard of. You will find a strong management team which has invested in systems which have allowed staff to become streamlined and have several accolades of back office ways of working which proudly place them ahead of firms even ranked in the top 10.

The Role
This firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate partner to join their growing offering based in Sussex.
This practice deals with a comprehensive range of real estate services including sales & purchases, real estate finance, corporate support, development and more. they are highly ranked in the legal 500 for their real estate work and are considered to be pioneers in this particular practice area.
As a result of the firms comprehensive offering, the practice can cater for any niche specialisms making this a truly unique opportunity that can be catered for the individual. The current team boast client bases spanning a truly broad offering of industries allowing them to similarly cater for client bases over various sectors.
This is a Partnership position with a Top 100 practice with the Top 50 status on the horizon offering a highly competitive salary.
Requirements
- 7+ years PQE in the Real Estate space
- A track record of business development and a good sense of commercial acumen
- Client contacts are preferred and a following is highly beneficial
