New - a leading Legal 500 firm are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4 PQE+) with experience in handling sales and purchases on behalf of HNWI and estates to join their Chambers-rated team based in Hertfordshire. This is a unique opportunity to step-up into a senior role with full file autonomy within a collegiate and friendly team environment. If you have a keen interest in marketing and development then this role also offers scope to be involved with key business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have between 5-6 years conveyancing experience with, preferably, some existing relationships with property agents and commercial knowledge. Your role will be to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including; freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters, from initial instruction through to completion with a clear focus on transactions at the higher end of the market.
