The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join their growing Liverpool office.

You will sit as part of the Litigation team, working on a varied and interesting caseload. The type of work you will carry out on a day to day basis will include but is not limited to; shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence, IP disputes, construction disputes and regulatory matters.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Commercial Litigation team in a friendly and supportive environment.

This opportunity comes with excellent prospects for progression as it is a developing role to support the firm's growing Commercial Litigation caseload; senior positions at the firm are well within reach for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and good communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
