We have been retained by a branded M&A insurance practice to lead the search for a German qualified Corporate / Private Equity M&A Attorney. Joining a highly experienced team of M&A Underwriters you will take lead on underwriting international M&A transactions governed by German law.
The team are considered the go-to for complex deals and with an international platform are also the choice for cross-border and multi-jurisdictional risks.
The hire will be a qualified Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) from a branded law firm in Germany or an experienced Underwriter from the M&A market.
