Associate or Senior Associate

An outstanding opportunity exists for a 2-6 year PQE Associate to join one of London's leading legal practices. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of fund investment work including capital market transactions, private fund structures, listed funds and IPOs.


The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of and interest in the detail of fund investment law and corporate finance transactions. In addition you will have a good academic background and strong client communication skills.
