As well as this, some businesses use the firm as their outsourced legal department.

The Role
The firm are looking for a newly qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing department in Altrincham.
You will be provided with the support and training to help develop your skills in this area of law and there will be ample training from industry leaders within the team/department.
The role will include supply & distribution agreements, commercial contracts, franchising work, acquisitions & disposals, mergers, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and equity investment.

Requirements
- You will be NQ - 3 years PQE
- You should have experience within general Corporate Commercial work and ideally have a seat or qualified in this.
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

- Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
