An experienced clinical negligence lawyer is offered an excellent opportunity to join a top tier regional practice in Shrewsbury.

This clinical negligence team are considered as one of the best nationwide, ranking highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The successful clinical negligence lawyer joining this team will undertake a complex, challenging, and varied caseload of inquests and inquiries which will include claims relating to:

- Catastrophic injury
- Misdiagnosis
- General surgery 
- Birth injury
- Cosmetic surgery
- Cancer 
- Ear, nose and throat surgery
- Brain and spinal injury
- Psychiatric injuries
- Failings in nursing home care
- Fatal accident cases 
- GP care

This position is ideally suited to experienced clinical negligence lawyers with a minimum of five years' PQE. Clinical negligence lawyers applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background
- Training and experience gained with a reputable national or regional practice
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
