The firm

This firm is very similar in style to a West End practice. They have an excellent client base of HNW individuals and businesses, and a growing proportion of their work has an international element; the practice rests close to Knightsbridge, London.

The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year, with a current headcount of over 50 members of staff. They have a history of attracting lawyers out of the city who are looking to retain a high quality of work but want better work-life balance, progression, and prospects. You will find that they punch above their weight and is somewhere that you have genuine prospects to progress further in your career.

The Role

This firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Partner into their flourishing London office.

Joining a highly successful department, the team are cutting-edge, ahead of the curve, and offer real value to the matters they deal with. They have an established client base and are particularly popular with entrepreneurs and HNW individuals due to their London location and established Lawyers.

You will have the opportunity to make the practice your own based on your experience and client base. At present they deal with a wide range of property litigation. This work includes contentious enfranchisement and right to manage cases, forfeiture, leasehold advice, applications to the first and upper tier tribunal, leasehold and freehold disputes, service charge disputes, section 20, possession, breach of covenant, vesting orders, boundary disputes and licenses for alteration and more. The mix will be well balanced and in favour of a successful candidates experience and client base.

This is a senior role, so would suit an ambitious and commercially minded Lawyer, who is keen to get involved and play a key role within the team. You will be given a great level of support and there are excellent prospects for further progression within the firm.

Requirements

  • You will be a Senior Property Litigation Lawyer
  • You will have excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness
  • Proven business development experience and preferably a portable client following
  • You will be the type of candidate who can think commercially and spot business opportunities
  • You will enjoy as working in part of a modern, collegiate environment
