Job Details
Rare opportunity for a talented Corporate Trust & Agency lawyer to join the market leading London office of this major international firm. The corporate trusts and agency team is a standalone part of the firms debt capital markets team and acts for all the leading international trustees and agents providing trustee and agency advice on broad spectrum of capital markets transactions, default situations, and the restructuring of other financial products.
You must have a strong academic and professional pedigree together with post qualification experience in corporate trust and agency work OR post qualification experience in related areas such as debt capital markets, structured finance or the loan markets, together with a desire to practice in the corporate trust and agency sector.
