Corporate Lawyer
We have been instructed by a US Law Firm who are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 3-6 months.
The suitable candidate will have significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including private equity and takeovers. This role will be suitable for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential, and experience in a US or magic circle firm is highly desirable.
Applications are sought from candidates with upwards of 2 years PQE available at relatively short notice.
Excellent remuneration package is offered.
