Job Details
We are currently working with a leading Banking & Finance team in Manchester to recruit an experienced Associate/Senior Associate with circa 4 to 7 PQE.
The role is to sit within the Corporate Finance team, who deal with a varied range of transactions including corporate lending, TMT and fintech finance, leveraged finance and corporate real estate finance. Particular areas of focus are technology, energy, infrastructure, media & telecoms, healthcare, leisure & retail.
To be considered for this role you will need c. 4 years' post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance law gained within a law firm or in-house.
